Julie joins Samaritan in 2018 after serving on the board of commissioners for nearly 7 years. She was born in Yakima, Washington, and moved to Moses Lake as a child. Julie received her BA degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources and Management from Washington State University in 1996. Julie completed grad school and received her MBA with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration from Baker College in 2008.
