Alex Town was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2026 after serving as Chief Administrative Officer since 2021. As CEO, Alex is responsible for the execution of Samaritan’s mission and vision through establishing a culture that drives outstanding patient and family, provider and staff satisfaction. Prior to Samaritan, Alex served as Vice President of Finance at Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston, WA for 13 years. With over 20 years of healthcare experience & education, Alex is excited to bring his knowledge and leadership to Samaritan. Alex earned his Masters of Health Policy and Administration from Washington State University, and his Bachelors of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Eastern Washington University.
