Patti Klefbeck is a registered dietitian at Samaritan who translates evidence-based nutrition science into practical, personalized nutrition guidance for individuals living with diabetes and other chronic conditions. She specializes in assessing and treating nutrition-related concerns and helping patients make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their health goals.

Patti’s commitment to diabetes care is deeply personal. Having lost her mother at a young age to diabetes-related complications, she is passionate about empowering people with diabetes to feel supported, understood, and confident in managing their condition. She believes in meeting each patient with kindness, empathy, and understanding, creating meaningful one-on-one connections and a judgment-free environment where individuals feel encouraged and empowered to navigate their health journey with confidence.

Patti earned both her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and her Master of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from Utah State University. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, backpacking, hiking, and scuba diving. She also proudly serves her community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with Grant County Fire District #10 in Royal City, WA.
