Elizabeth Roosma is a physical therapist at Samaritan Healthcare who treats patients with a positive attitude and compassion to improve their life.

She enjoys helping patients in all walks of life to get back to normal. Elizabeth meets patients where they are at in their journey and educates them on ways to improve and maintain long term. Empathy and encouragement are keys to success for all her patients.

Elizabeth earned an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Science with a minor in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Hartford in 2010.  She then continued her education and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013.

When she isn’t helping patients in physical therapy, Elizabeth enjoys exploring the outdoors hiking and paddleboarding. She also enjoys traveling both the United States and internationally to experience different cultures.
